For evaluation of income producing property (commercial, industrial, residential income) a recent rent roll and expense and income statement are required.


We will notify you of your best options to lower your property taxes and arrange to handle your tax appeal if warranted.

In order to complete the income property evaluation we require:

·          a recent property tax bill

·          income and expenses (prior 12 months)

·          a current rent roll (if non owner occupancy).
